Only 3 1/2 hours from Bangkok - the fastest travel option
takes you by plane from Bangkok to Koh Samui (there are many flights every
day) and by express boat from Koh Samui to Koh Pha-ngan (Haad Rin
pier).
You may also FLY from Bangkok, Phuket, Kuala
Lumpur, or Singapore directly to Samui or Suratthani or take a TRAIN to Suratthani. Sleepers are recommended. Or you can take a BUS from Bangkok to Suratthani. VIP or Super VIP busses are
recommended - they go directly to Koh Pha-Ngan.
If you arrive in
Suratthani you then need to take a BOAT, a beautiful ferry trip
from Koh Samui or Suratthani to Koh Pha-Ngan. You can choose between
different ferries or the express boat. Once you arrive at the
international port Thongsala, just call us for a free taxi, or tell
the taxi guy at Thongsala pier that you are going to Vimarn Samut Resort
in Haad Rin. The taxi ride will take you about 20 minutes.
